Owl You Need is Love- Hip Pic Album

Hello!  I hope you all had a wonderful Easter!  It was a gorgeous day here in MN!  We were at my parents about 3 hours south and it was 75!  We were able to have the egg hunt for the kids outside and it was just a perfect day!

I thought I'd share the mini album I made while at my parents.  Mom and I created on Saturday and it was so fun!

This little album will be a baby gift.  I used Lollydoodle and the matching stickease.  I literally used scraps that my mom had left over from one of her creations.  That is one thing I love about creating these fun albums- you don't need much paper.

Stop back tomorrow to see the matching card :)

Thanks for stopping by! Kim

Rose Blossom Skylark Blog Hop

Hello and Welcome to the Rose Blossom Skylark Blog Hop!!  We are so happy you joined us!  If you just came from the talented Cathy's Blog then you are on the right track!  The Rose Blossom team is showcasing the lovely Skylark and Close to My Heart circut cartridges!

For this hop, I altered a Kraft container.  I added hollyhock cardstock in the mix with Skylark to show how versatile this paper pack can be!

The flowers are cut from the Artiste cartridge and distressed with chocolate ink and topped off with the matching Skylark embellishments.

The stampset used is Fabulous You and the sentiment is inked in chocolate ink.

Skylark is such a fun and beautiful paperpack to play with!  AND if you JOIN MY TEAM it will be included in your consultant kit!!  Not only that, but you will also be able to pick from 1 of the 3 CIRCUT CARTRIGES FOR FREE!!  Yes, CTMH is including a cartridge, that was not a typo!  If you have ever thought about joining CTMH, now is the time!!  The cartridge alone is valued at $99 which is the cost of the kit!  There is over $400 in CTMH products for $99!!  Wow!  On top of all that, you would also be joining a team that is filled with creativeness and kindness.  I can honestly say, this is such a close team and we have formed friendships that are everlasting.  These girls aren't only Rose Blossoms, they are my friends.  All of us have different goals with CTMH- having a business or being a hobbiest, but one thing is for sure, we are all here for each other and support each other like no other.

This was such a fun, springy project to create! I hope you all enjoy your Easter weekend and may it be filled with many blessings!
Now you are off to the creative Marg's Blog!  Thank you for stopping by!!  Kim

Hi there! Showing a fun card I made using the Jubliee papers and dimensional elements.

The sketch I used was from Freshly Made sketches:

This card really came together quickly.  That's why I LOVE the dimensional elements that match the paper packs!  And that blue banner- that is part of the Jubilee paper! So are the tickets!  I cut them from the paper. How fun and easy!

STOP BY TOMORROW FOR THE ROSE BLOSSOM'S BLOG HOP!  YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS IT!

Rose Bloosom Color Challenge- April

Hello there!

Today I'm sharing the card I created for the Rose Blossom Color Challenge.  Each month, Brenda Rose gives us girls colors to work with and we can only use those colors listed.  This month's challenge was to use Outdoor Denim, Sorbet, Crystal Blue, Colonial White.  I like the stampset because it can be used for any occasion.  The stampset comes with the Art Philosophy cartridge.

Circuit Cut Happy Mother's Day

Hi there!

Sharing a quick card today that was inspired by Brenda Rose.  The sketch I used was from Atlantic Hearts Challenge Blog.  (I only used the sketch, did not enter the challenge as this was inspired by someone else's creativity) Brenda had used a white circut cut on a lovely Easter card she made and I loved the simple and elegant look to it.  I happen to have a 'practice cut' in my scraps so I thought I'd use it on this simple mother's day card that I'll be giving to my Mother in Law.  Since I had a 12 inch piece, I layered it to give it more dimension.

Supplies Used: all ctmh unless noted
Artbooking Cartridge
Skylark paper
Teal shimmer tape

Hollyhock Ink

A New Pixie

Good Morning!

I would love if you would visit my fellow Pixie's NEW blog!

The Pixie Dust Playground

My mom joined my team and has been creating for quite some time now- about 15 years.  She is the one that actually introduced me to this beautiful addiction.  It's so fun to share a hobby with my mom that we are both passionate about.

If you have a few minutes today to stop by and visit, you will love her gorgeous creations!  Please leave her some love and welcome her to the blogging world :)

Thanks blogger friends!!

Kim :)
